As a reminder, you don’t have to come to our offices. Use our online resources and take care of your business with us right from our website.
Many of our services are available right online, and you can contact us before visiting our offices. Simply go to our Contact Us page to submit a question or request right from the comfort and safety of your home.


Make Payments

Payments for traffic tickets or criminal fines can be made right from our website. You can also find information about payment plans and other payment options.

Payments can also be made at any Amscot location.

What are payment plans? The Clerk of Courts offers flexible options for paying outstanding debts to those who owe court-ordered financial obligations for a traffic or criminal case. If you or someone you know would benefit from enrolling in a payment plan please click here to contact us to discuss options available to you right from the comfort of home. 

For the downtown Self Help Center, customers will be able to schedule appointments here to receive advice and low-cost attorney consultations for all Family Law, Small Claims, and Residential Landlord/Tenant case types using video teleconferencing.


To better protect the health of everyone, the Clerk’s Office recommends customers do business with us online where possible as many of our services are available anytime and anywhere from our website. 

Marriages and Passports

Customers can walk in to complete a marriage license and passport application at any of our location - Downtown Courthouse, Winter Park, Apopka, Ocoee.

Marriage license applicants can complete the eMarriage application prior to their appointment.  The application can be filled out here. After completing the eMarriage application you have 60 days to complete the process in person at one of our offices. Filing

Cases can be filed electronically via the Florida Courts E-filing Portal. Step by step instructions are available right from the E-portal website. You may also go to Ninth Circuit E-Portal-Instructions for details about how to register for an e-portal account as a self-represented litigant.

Registry Payments

It is preferred that registry payments be made by money order or cashier’s check instead of cash. Payments can be mailed to:

Registry payments can also now be made via Wire Transfer through your banking or financial institution. Visit our Court Registry Payment by Wire Transfer page for more information about how to do this and what the requirements are.


Family Court Payments
Payments for Mediation Services and the court-ordered Family Ties Program for Orange County Family Cases are now accepted online.  The new tool on our website now allows customers to complete payments online for these services from anywhere using a smart device. Visit Family Online Payments here to complete the transaction.


Court Records

Public court records can be viewed right from the my e-clerk section of our website. Certified copies of court records, and marriage licenses can also be ordered here.


Packets & Forms

Packets and forms for Civil and Family matters can be ordered and paid for right from our website’s shopping cart.
