Clerk Tiffany Moore Russell is excited to share the Orange County Clerk of Courts 2026 Report to the Citizens. This annual report helps the Clerk’s Office remain transparent and showcase our work, highlighting how we’ve collaborated with community partners to improve our services.

Operation Green Light will be held in Orange County on April 15, with extended hours from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Orange County Courthouse, Suite 410.

Residents with suspended driver’s licenses can get on a payment plan, may have certain collection fees waived, and may be eligible for reinstatement if all requirements are met. Down payments and reinstatement fees apply.
