If You are a Party to the Case
You are required to go to the division in the courthouse where your case originated and present valid photo identification to request the physical file. For example, if your case is criminal in nature, you must go to the Criminal Division to request to review the file. The same applies for Civil, Family, Probate, Mental Health and Traffic cases.

If You are Not a Party to the Case
Visit our my eClerk website and search for the case in question. Review the Docket Events section to determine the court records to request. Then visit the Request Court Records section
