Attorneys who practice across multiple Florida jurisdictions will soon have another tool to support their case research. The Florida Courts E-Filing Authority, in partnership with Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers (FCCC), will launch CaseAccess on October 12, 2026, an optional subscription service available through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal.

Through the Comprehensive Case Information System (CCIS), CaseAccess allows attorneys and other legal professionals to search case information across all 67 Florida counties through the Comprehensive Case Information System (CCIS). The service is designed to make statewide case research more convenient, particularly for attorneys managing matters in multiple jurisdictions.

CaseAccess offers several features to support your research needs:

• Statewide access: Search case information across all 67 Florida counties through a consistent search experience.

• Daily updates: Access case information that is updated daily.

• Secure technology: Use a platform designed for professional research needs.

• Convenient access: Connect to CaseAccess directly through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal.

Subscription Options and How to Get Started

CaseAccess subscriptions are available for $20 per month or $200 per year, providing attorneys with flexible options based on their research needs.

To subscribe, visit the Florida Courts E-Filing Authority website and select “Enter the Portal.” Sign in to your active E-Filing Portal account, then select “CaseAccess Subscription” from the command ribbon to manage your subscription settings. If you do not have an E-Filing Portal account, you must create one before subscribing.

A Reminder About Official Court Records

While CaseAccess offers a convenient option for researching cases across Florida, it is a research tool and not the official court record. Attorneys should continue to consult the appropriate Clerk of Court for the official and most current records, documents, and case status information.

For Orange County cases, public case information remains available through this website at https://myeclerk.myorangeclerk.com/.
