Search Wills Online
Looking up court case information is easy with my eClerk. Follow the steps below to search wills filed in Orange County:
Visit our my eClerk website
Select Records search
Under Case Type, select Wills for Safekeeping
Enter an approximate date range of when the will would have been filed

What types of cases
The Self Help Center will assist only with the following case types:
Family Law (excluding restraining orders)
Child Custody
Divorce
Paternity
Small Claims
Residential Evictions
Once you have filed the required document(s) with the Court in the Self Help Center and/or online through eportal, you must inform the Family Court Case Management Department through the submission of an online inquiry form for an update, case searching my eClerk before coming to the courthouse or submitting a record request.

Case and Document Types
The Florida Supreme Court has determined the appropriate level of access for each category of user (e.g. general public, case party, agency employee, etc.). These access levels are in accordance with legal statutes that protect confidential information. The Clerk is required to comply with these access levels and uses certain security protocols to protect confidential information and documents.
