Operation: Safe Surrender

Blue state of Florida with county in orange, blue and white background

The Clerk’s Office along with the State Attorney’s Office is holding Operation: Safe Surrender for two days in September. Safe Surrender is an opportunity for individuals with outstanding non-violent misdemeanor and traffic offense warrants in Orange County to safely turn themselves in and have their warrants reviewed and potentially resolved instead of being arrested. In lieu of being arrested, those individuals with warrants meeting the criteria established by the State Attorney’s Office will have their cases reviewed and potentially resolved either by a monetary fine and/or case dismissal.  Click here to view the Safe Surrender flyer.
