Reinstate a Drivers License

The Orange County Clerk of Court can reinstate your driver's license at any of these locations. To reinstate a driver's license, you must:

• Have paid all outstanding traffic citations and met any court requirements. You may pay only Orange County traffic citations in Orange County. All other citations must be paid in the county where they were issued.

The Clerk in Orange County can reinstate a Florida driver's license for a $47.50 fee.
The fee must be paid in person at one of our traffic locations.
