County Court - Civil Division

Effective July 1, 2008, many new filing fees, court costs and service charges will change, pursuant to chapter 2008-111, Laws of Florida. The Florida Legislature regulates court fees, and while the Clerk’s Office is responsible for collecting fees for various court-related activities, it will not be able to retain any portion of the fee hikes. By statute, all money realized from the fee increases will go directly to the state.
