Before You Pay Your Traffic Ticket...Review all information regarding traffic ticket options and payment before proceeding. Late fees and suspension may apply if you do not elect a traffic option within 30 calendar days from date of citation.

Online Payment
If you are paying your traffic citation online you will need:
  • MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express card
  • A valid billing address and CVV number (3-digit security code on back of card) 
  • Case or citation number
  • To print or save your receipt for your records
 
D6 Clearance Letters
If you are paying your traffic ticket online and attempting to obtain a D6 Clearance Letter for a driver's license that has a pending or active suspension, please note:
 
You will only have one chance to print your D6 Clearance Letter, which is required in order to reinstate a driver's license that has a pending or active suspension. A D6 Clearance Letter, which can also be obtained via mail or in person, demonstrates that you have satisfied all fees and fines associated with your case.

Please follow these steps in order to obtain a D6 Clearance Letter online*:
  • Ensure you have a functioning printer connected to your computer (once you begin the payment process you will have only one opportunity to print your D6 Clearance Letter)
  • Scroll down and click "Print D6 Letter"

    *Fines for cases that have been turned over to Penn Credit or Alliance One collection agencies cannot be paid online and must be paid directly to the collection agency.
 
Toll Violations (by camera)
Toll violations may be paid by mail or in person at one of our five locations. Pay amount indicated on citation. Please include the citation number when making a payment.
  • Toll violations that are 75 days past due may be paid online. To pay online, click the "Accept" button to continue to myClerk.
