Orange County Clerk of Courts Traffic Division

Welcome to the Orange County Clerk of Courts Traffic Division. If you have received a traffic citation, the Clerk must receive notification of your choice of one of the traffic ticket options listed below within 30 calendar days from the date of the citation or late fees and suspension may apply.

Traffic Ticket Options

Option 1: Pay the Civil Penalty as Stated on Citation

Option 2: Enter a Plea of Not Guilty

Option 3: Elect to Attend Traffic School

Option 4: Enter a Plea of Nolo Contendere

Option 5: Submit Proof with $10 Dismissal Fee

Please note: Any document(s) received electronically by the Traffic Division after 5:00 pm Eastern Time will be time stamped the next business day.
