When is my court hearing?
Please refer to the court documents you received for the date and time of your next hearing.

Hearing information will be provided to individuals with legal access to the case upon presentation of proper identification. Information cannot be given out over the telephone.

When a child turns 18, will his record “disappear?"
No. Records are not automatically sealed or expunged when a child turns 18. If you have not completed a formal sealing and expunction process, the record remains in the system.

If juvenile records are confidential, how come it shows up when I apply for a job?
Specific agencies such as the Florida Department of Law Enforcement have access to juvenile records. Case information may be revealed when employers conduct pre-employment background checks.

I was arrested as a juvenile. How can I obtain copies of my case information?
