The Orange County Clerk of Courts no longer accepts pleadings, including traffic school completion certificates, by fax, effective November 30, 2011.
Accepted filing options include
mailing pleadings to our office or bringing them to our front
counters. For Civil, Family, Probate and Mental Health cases, you can register to file through the
Florida Courts
E-Filing Portal. Traffic school completion certificates may be
emailed to the Traffic Division.
