Clerk of Courts Collections

The Collection Program was implemented in 1999 as a more efficient way to collect current and past due fines and fees imposed by the judicial system.

The Clerk's office collects fines and costs in one of three ways:

A Due Date is Set to Pay the Assessment in Full

Defendant is Placed on a Payment Plan

Fines and Costs are Reduced to Judgment

Collection Agencies
The Clerk's Office works with two collection agencies - AllianceOne and Penn Credit.
