Collection Court

Collection Court is held on specific days each month in Room 4C of the Orange County Courthouse. The goal of Collection Court is to evaluate requests for payment extensions, change monthly payment amounts, remove writs and refer defendants to Alternative Community Service.

Check-In
Collection Court check-in takes place outside room 250 from 7:30 am - 8:15 am on the days court is in session.

Defendants must be in line outside room 250 by 8:15 am. Anyone not in line before 8:15 am will be required to attend the next scheduled Collection Court session.
