The Clerk of Courts is required to collect all court costs and fines within 90 days. A person may request in writing to be placed on a payment plan by the judge. If an individual's account is not paid in full within 90 days, the account is turned over to one of two collection agencies.  

Both collection agencies, Penn Credit and AllianceOne, offer a relicensing program. Contact the agencies directly for details.

 

Please Note: Once your account is turned over to a collection agency, all payments must be made through that collection agency.
