Filing a Notice of Appeal
To appeal a verdict, sentence or judgment you must file a Notice of Appeal. You can use an attorney to file the paperwork or file an appeal on your own.
Please include your name, address and the case number. Appeals in all case types except Juvenile should be delivered or mailed to:

Please Note:
- The Clerk's office charges a $3.99 fee for payments made with a credit card
- We do not accept Visa for payments made in person*
- Make checks payable to Orange County Clerk of Courts

Requesting an Order to Seal or Expunge
Upon receipt of the Certificate of Eligibility, please fill out the
Sealing and Expunction form and return it to:

The petitioner will receive an invoice which will include the $42.00 filing fee plus processing fees (see "Forms of Payment" section above for paying fee)
