Branching Out in the Community
The Orange County Courthouse Complex is a great facility. It houses several important government agencies, from the Public Defender and State Attorney to Court Administration and, of course, the Clerk of Courts. For many, it’s an invaluable resource when it comes to filing a civil case, paying a traffic ticket or obtaining a marriage license.

The downside to having such a great facility is that it tends to be a popular place, with lots of activity. Add to that tight security and parking fees and the courthouse may not always be the most convenient location to conduct court business.

As an alternative, the Clerk’s Office has several branch locations to serve the citizens of Orange County. Just about everything you can do at the downtown courthouse can be accomplished at one of our branch locations. Need to pay a ticket? No problem, our branches can take care of that. Need a passport? Apply at one of our four branch locations. Getting married soon? Our Apopka, Ocoee or Winter Park branches can even accommodate your wedding.

Before you head over to one of our branches, visit our locations page for driving directions and hours of operation. And for even more convenient service, visit myClerk to pay your traffic citation online and avoid the Clerk’s Office all together.
