ADOBE COMPATIBILITY
WITH EARLIER VERSIONS
1. To insure readability in all versions of Adobe Acrobat, open
Adobe and click on Advanced and then select Acrobat Distiller.
2. When the Distiller opens, click on the drop down arrow next
to Compatibility in the File Options box. From the drop down highlight
[select] Acrobat 4.0 [PDF 1.3]. Then say OK.
3. Verify that the Compatibility: in the Adobe PDF Settings box
reads Acrobat 4.0 [PDF 1.3]. Then close the dialog box by clicking
the X in the right hand corner of the box.
