ECF - ELECTRONIC CASE FILING
INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the Orange County Clerk of Courts Electronic
Case Filing [ECF] information page. We began E-filing with Complex
Business Litigation Division [CBLD] cases in March 2006. Two important changes will occur on July 1, 2008. By Administrative Order, all Circuit Civil cases may be initiated electronically. All documents filed in any case initiated on or after January 1, 2007, also may be filed electronically. This is pursuant to Administrative order 2008-08-01. (after clicking on the link, click Administrative Orders, then in the Order Number box, enter 2008-08-01, then "search now")
The second change is that new fees set by the legislature will take effect. The new fees are posted on myorangeclerk.com
