The Orange County Expressway Authority takes an image of the license tag of any vehicle that fails to pay the proper tolls throughout Orange County. The toll violation fine is directed to the person registered to the vehicle. The fine for a toll violation is $134.00. Points will not be assessed.
File an Affidavit Denying Responsibility of the citation. You must provide the name, address, date of birth and driver's license number of the person driving the vehicle. A court hearing will be set; you will not be required to appear. The person driving the vehicle may complete an Affidavit Acknowledging Responsibility to avoid a court appearance.
