Felony and Misdemeanor Cases

Criminal felony court cases are processed at the Orange County Courthouse in Downtown Orlando, while misdemeanor cases are processed at one of four (4) locations within Orange County. Payments for felony and misdemeanor cases will be accepted at any of these locations. Arraignments are held at the specific location shown on court paperwork. Misdemeanor trials are held at the Orange County Courthouse in Downtown Orlando.
